A67 Tunnel Locomotive Training Endorsements A B C D and E

This CPCS Course is designed for staff to become operatives of the A67 type of locomotive. Persons wishing to attend this course need to have already obtained the CITB HS&E online training certificate within two years of its expiry date.

Course Objective:-

Operators of the A67 Locomotive will be responsible for loads travelling through construction tunnels, this course will prepare you for safe operation and handling of this type of Loco. Operators can be responsible for people or cargo, so a full understanding of different types of load, and the capability of the machinery are an essential part of this training course.
