J3M Construction Training Limited is a training provider delivering Health and Safety training to the UK Tunnel and Construction Industry

With over 35 years of industry experience, we are committed to delivering the highest levels of construction plant training, assessment and qualifications using our team of occupationally competent tutors, trainers and assessors

The law requires that all plant operators are given adequate training in order for them to become competent to operate the machinery in which they use or to perform a specific duty* Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER)1998; regulation 9.  
 
CPCS and NPORS card schemes offer training and testing on all items of plant and cranes lending employers flexible training and assessment schemes that allow them to remain legally compliant whilst bolstering productivity on site, aiding staff retention and ensuring a competent workforce.
 
Alongside our extensive CPCS and NPORS plant training,  J3M Construction Training Limited also offer
 
CITB Site Safety Plus Courses delivered on a national basis ranging from the one-day Tunnel Safety Training Scheme and Health & Safety Awareness course to the two-day Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme and five-day Site Management Safety Training Scheme.   The courses are designed to give everyone, from operative to senior manager the skills needed to progress through the building, civil engineering and allied industries
 
NVQ Assessments for all specialist tunnelling, plant and lifting duties alongside all supervisory and management pathways allowing candidates to demonstrate their individual competence and upgrade to the relevant CPCS or NPORS  Competent Operator cards.
